This website
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. It has no forms and no user accounts. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, date and page requested, for security and to keep the site running.
When you contact us
If you call, message us on WhatsApp or email us, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email address, organisation and the details of your enquiry. We use them only to respond to you and, if you become a client, to deliver and invoice our services.
We do not sell or share your details with third parties for marketing. Messages sent through WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as needed to respond and follow up. Client records are kept for as long as required for contractual, tax and legal purposes.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email alfalaqtech@gmail.com and we will respond.
